Your Needs Matter

A Nonviolent Communication-inspired workshop

Are you willing to reevaluate your understanding of deeper human needs and your own unique relationship to them? What if learning to think in terms of needs, and connecting with the richness of this topic, could give us a completely new way of relating to life?

These are some of the questions that will guide the workshop as we begin practicing together through fun, experiential activities, short paired exercises, and group reflection.

Nonviolent Communication – A Language of Life

NVC is founded on language and communication skills that strengthen our ability to remain human, even under trying conditions. It contains nothing new; all that has been integrated into NVC has been known for centuries. The intent is to remind us about what we already know – about how we humans were meant to relate to one another – and to assist in living in way that concretely manifests this knowledge”
